• Transport to all types of medical appointments – GP, x-rays, specialists, physio, surgery, day stays etc

• Local and long-distance – Auckland-wide, North Shore, West Auckland, Hamilton, and everywhere in between

• Private or ACC-funded trips

• Door-to-door drop-off – no walking across hospital carparks

• Assistance from vehicle to the clinic/hospital unit, ward, or reception

• Support in waiting rooms or inside the appointment if needed

• Note-taking and relaying doctor instructions to family when requested

• Return-trip options, including wait-and-return for out-of-town appointments

• Wheelchair-accessible vehicle (WAV) available on request

• Help for elderly/disabled clients needing help navigating large hospitals

We understand that some appointments can be overwhelming—physically, emotionally, or just logistically. If a passenger needs someone by their side, we’ll stay with them. If family can’t be there in person, we can sit in on the appointment, take notes, and pass on everything important. And if someone simply needs a little extra help—whether it’s getting through the door or getting through the day—we’re there. Compassionate, calm, and never in a rush.
